At Megatronica Shop, you can use your Italian Ministry of Education "Carta del Docente" bonus to purchase hardware and software products, investing in your professional development and training.

The ministerial bonus can only be used to purchase computer and tech products belonging to the following categories:

  • Notebooks, Tablets, and E-book readers
  • Desktop PCs and All-in-One computers
  • PC Monitors
  • Printers, Multifunction devices, and Faxes
  • Networking components (Routers, Modems) and peripherals
  • External/Internal Hard Drives and Flash Drives (USB Keys)
Important Rules to keep in mind before proceeding:
• Single product rule: You can only purchase one product at a time per order placed using the Teacher's Voucher.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are not covered by the ministerial voucher. They must be paid separately during checkout via PayPal, credit card, or debit card.

Step-by-Step Order Procedure

Follow these simple steps to complete your purchase in just a few minutes:

  1. Add to Cart: Select the eligible tech product you want and add it to your cart.
  2. Proceed to Checkout: Open your cart and click on "Proceed to checkout".
  3. Enter Your Details: Register as a Private Customer and fill in the required fields. You must provide the Codice Fiscale (Tax Code) of the teacher holding the voucher. The account details must match the voucher holder.
  4. Select Payment Method: Choose "Carta del Docente" as your payment option and accept the Terms and Conditions of sale.
  5. Generate the Voucher:
    • Log in to the official website cartadeldocente.istruzione.it using your SPID credentials.
    • Click on "Crea buono" (Create voucher), select ONLINE store, choose the category "Hardware e Software", and generate your voucher ID code.
  6. Confirm Order & Send Code: Complete the order on our store. Right after, send an email to info@megatronicashop.com containing your Voucher ID Code and the Order Number from your confirmation.

Notes and Limitation of Liability

  • Orders exceeding 1,000 Euros: If the total cost of the products and shipping exceeds 1,000 Euros, the order will still be accepted. One of our managers will contact you via email with a secure link to pay the remaining balance using a card or PayPal.
  • Voucher Validation Hours: Ministerial bonuses are manually validated by our operators during office hours (from 09:30 to 19:00 CET). Orders placed outside of these hours will be validated the following day.
  • MIUR Deadlines: Please pay close attention to any specific time constraints or voucher expiration dates set by the Ministry (MIUR). We decline any liability if a voucher expires before our manual validation on the following business day.
